Sat 4 hours of music at Sun and Moon

Earlier this week there was an article about an 85 year old woman whose Parkinson's disease improved greatly thanks to her time spent in Second Life.
So many people query my use of virtual worlds as another way of sharing the music I write and play.
This article reconfirmed the positive aspect of virtual spaces and above I have reposted a slide from a presentation I did about this at the Ditto Campfire using my dear late friend Brywnwyn as an example who wrote these words from her bed where she was paralysed. Oh yes she wrote the words by blinking her eyes.
I mean people think nothing of endlessly trolling Facebook and the web, watching pappy TV but when I mention Second Life they think it is 'weird' - maybe because they don't understand it.
I know it's not everyone's cup of tea. The software is cumbersome and it takes a while to immerse yourself and navigate to the land behind the monitor but the creativity that exists there is astounding along with the global connectivity.
Where else can you have 50+ people from different countries all in the same virtual space, talking to each other and sharing music and art . . .
so
This Saturday you can experience an amazing four hours of live music by four of the best virtual performers
from 12PM Pacific/8PM UK at the Sun and Moon hosted by Roxy Gellar

Junivers Stockholm (12pm),
Bamboof Stillmorning (1pm),
Soundsmith Kamachi (2pm),
Jana Kyomoon (3pm)

Junivers bring his Instant Music to The Sun & Moon! Need an infusion of Hope And Promise? See The Change! Bamboof Stillmorning's Mallet KAT electronic vibraphone is a sound unlike any other in SL.
Soundsmith presents his ambient magic.
Jana Kyomoon closes the evening inviting us to set our viewers and minds to midnight as we transcend on the wings of her Muse.

Look forward to seeing you there.
